Vanuatu Wedding Videos - Packages
Vanuatu Wedding Videos can customize your event to suit your needs and
below are some of the standard packages that we offer.
Hibiscus Package
The Hibiscus package is designed for those who simply wish to have an event experience captured on video from arrival to departure then burnt onto a DVD without the fuss.
This exciting package includes:
- A single camera shoot of the wedding ceremony. This includes the
bridal party/key participants entrance to the resort or venue,
walking to the location of the ceremony/function, filming of the
ceremony/function.
- Scenic location shots
- Initial festivities after the ceremony/function (not the reception if it
is a wedding). Bridal party/key participants speeches, comments
from guests and departure from the location of the ceremony.
- The raw footage is then reviewed and cropped where required – we
review all our rushes from each shoot. We then burn it onto DVD
(playable on PC or your DVD player) and present it in a customised
DVD cover with images from the function. The DVD is then posted to
the client or delivered to the clients location in Port Vila within 72
hours.
- Cost: 35,000 vatu.

Wild Ginger Package
The Wild Ginger package is designed for a large scale wedding party including the reception.
This comprehensive package includes:
- A single camera shoot of the wedding ceremony. This includes the bridal
party/key participants entrance to the resort or venue, walking to the location
of the ceremony/function, filming of the ceremony/function.
- Scenic location shots
- Initial festivities after the ceremony/function. Bridal party/key participants speeches, comments from guests and departure from the location of the ceremony.
- Reception shoot for up to 3 hours, including entrance of bridal party/key
participants, speeches, comments from guests and departure of bridal party/key
participants.
- The raw footage is then reviewed and cropped where required – we review all
our rushes from each shoot. We then burn it onto DVD (playable on PC or your
DVD player) and present it in a customised DVD cover with images from the
function. The DVD is then posted to client or delivered to client location within
Port Vila within 5 days.
- Cost : 70,000vatu

Package options
As mentioned you can add on various options to the existing
packages and we can certainly tailor to suit any occasion. Here are
some of the additions you can have for your packages:
- Hibiscus Video Clip. Your raw footage edited into a 8-12 minute
production with your selection of music, notes, credits etc..
Price: + 15,000vatu
- Wild Ginger editing. Your raw footage edited into an approx. 20
minute production, again with your choice of music, notes and
credits etc..
Price: + 25,000 vatu
- P & O cruise ship footage. Are you coming in on a P & O cruise ship? Then we
can capture the arrival of the boat and of you alighting. We can also include footage of you strolling through the wharf markets.
Price: + 10,000 vatu
Horse Riding /Golf footage/Sunset cruise. Fancy a game of
golf before the big event, or perhaps a horse ride or sunset cruise
after your wedding, then we can do it.
Price: + 15,000vatu
